Daylily Wine Tasting

Every month during the spring summer and fall we host a wine tasting to share some of our favorite selections from our wine stock. Join us and one of our distributing partners to taste and talk about wine producers from all around the world. You'll get a chance to try some of our absolute favorite wines, and get the scoop on what makes them so great. Grab a friend and join us each month from 3pm – 5pm at Daylily!

🍷 Shasta Cascade Red
A bold yet balanced mountain red, Shasta Cascade reflects the rugged alpine soils and cool elevations of its origin. Aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, and wild herbs lead into layers of spice and a touch of forest earth. The palate is structured but lifted—firm tannins wrapped in bright acidity—making it both food-friendly and cellar-worthy.
